Orders placed through Infinity Delivery Services can be canceled before the vendor confirms or starts preparing them. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is not permitted.
Vendors may cancel an order due to unavailability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be notified immediately, and a refund will be initiated.
Repeated cancellations by users without valid reasons may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
