Infinity Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or expired products upon delivery
  • Non-delivery of orders
  • Incorrect items delivered

2. Refund Process

  • Users must raise a refund request through the Infinity Delivery Services app within 24 hours of delivery. Clear evidence such as photos and order details must be provided to support the claim
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. ENon-Refundable Items

Certain perishable items may not be eligible for refunds unless they are damaged, expired, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
